Returns and Shipping

Returns: If you are unhappy with your product please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please ensure your items is returned to us via courier. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable for returns or product exchanges. Cost to return items is at the responsibility of the buyer. 

If an item is found to be faulty we will be happy to offer a full replacement (if available), store credit or full refund. All claims made to us are subject to our own discretion. We will cover the costs of shipping for items which are faulty. If for any reason your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately.  


Shipping: Our aim is to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Our orders are dispatched from Auckland via tracked parcel post. Please note we only post to residential postal addresses and not PO Boxes. All costs are in New Zealand dollars. Note for handmade items please allow 3-4 working days.

We currently ship to New Zealand addresses only, however if you would like to purchase our products please contact us for a shipping rate quote.
